SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") apply to the KOS Beauty texts program (the "Program"), operated by WOOAMI, INC. dba KOS Beauty ("KOS Beauty," "we," "us," or "our"), 2384 E Walnut Ave, Fullerton, CA 92831. By joining the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

When you join KOS Beauty texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from KOS Beauty at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include:

• Promotions, sales, and exclusive offers
• New product announcements and restocks
• Reminders about items left in your shopping cart (abandoned cart reminders)
• A welcome message with a one-time discount code after you sign up

We may also send messages related to your subscription itself, such as opt-in confirmations, replies to HELP requests, and opt-out confirmations.

2. Consent is not a condition of purchase

You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy anything from KOS Beauty. Signing up is optional.

3. How to sign up (opt-in)

1. On our website. Enter your mobile number in the sign-up form or popup on kosbeauty.com and check the box agreeing to receive marketing texts. The checkbox is never pre-checked.
2. Confirm by text (double opt-in). We will text you a message asking you to confirm. Reply Y to confirm your subscription. (In some cases we may instead text you a one-time 6-digit code to enter on our website.)
3. You're in. After you confirm, we will send a message confirming you are subscribed to KOS Beauty texts.

You will not receive marketing messages until you confirm. Only sign up with a mobile number you own or are authorized to use. If you change or give up your number, please text STOP from that number first.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. How many messages you receive depends on our current promotions and on your activity (for example, whether you left items in your cart). We aim to send marketing messages only during daytime hours (generally 8 AM to 8 PM in your local time zone).

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. KOS Beauty does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply according to your plan. Contact your carrier for plan details.

6. How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to any message from us. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you send one of these keywords, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive any more marketing text messages from us unless you sign up again.

To rejoin, text START to the same number, or sign up again on our website.

8. Supported carriers; carriers are not liable

The Program is available to customers with mobile numbers on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional and prepaid carriers. Carrier support may change, and not all devices or plans are supported. The Program is available in the United States only.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed. Neither KOS Beauty nor the carriers are responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

9. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, to join the Program.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. We use your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your mobile number only with service providers that help us operate the Program (such as our text messaging platform provider), and only for that purpose, or when required by law.

We keep a record of your opt-in and opt-out (for example, the date and time, the website form used, and the consent wording you agreed to) so we can honor your choices and show that you agreed to receive messages.

11. Changes to these SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated terms on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. If a change is significant, we may also notify you by text message. Continuing to participate in the Program after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, text STOP to cancel.

We may also change or end the Program at any time.

12. Governing law

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable U.S. federal law.
