Shipping & Returns


We will ship your product within 1-2 business days or after receiving confirmation of order and payment.

You will usually receive your package within 7 business days after we ship.

Your product order will be updated with a package tracking number which we will verify for you if you ask.

We may be able to change and update your package's shipping address if a message is sent to us within the same day you ordered your product, and if the item has not shipped.



Returns for the following items are NOT accepted

  • Perishable goods (e.g. Food, supplements, vitamins)
  • Exclusive promotional items (e.g. Photocards, limited edition products)
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Some health and personal care items (e.g. Protective masks, Hand sanitizers)
  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

All other items purchased from us can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. All items must be returned incomplete, its original form, namely, in its original package, sealed and unopened/unused in order to be returned or exchanged.

Purchaser must request for return before sending product back to us.

A product that is returned incomplete, damaged, or tampered with will not be accepted for return.

Products must be returned within 30 days of return authorization. Products received after that date will be returned to the buyer at buyer's expense or disposed off (buyer's choice).

Customer shall pay the return postage fee. Return shipping fee is buyer's responsibility.

We will pay for return shipping if there was an error on our part or the product was damaged during shipment.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your region.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


We charge 10% restocking fee for all returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
