   Apply to the orbits of your eyes and gently massage from the tips to the end of your eyes

   -Use all ten of your fingers to press into your hair line and above your eyebrows, from the inside to the outside, to enhance blood circulation

  -Massage the hollow regions around your cheekbone and nose to volumize this area for a more youthful look

  -Close your mouth firmly, then use your index finger and thumb to to massage the tensed muscles. Use your thumb to relax the hollow area beneath your ears and lastly the region beneath your lips to the corners for a sharper jawline.
